Terms of service

The agreement between you and Trizlink: what you may do with the service, what we owe you, and what happens when either side stops.

Agreement to terms

Creating an account or using Trizlink means you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

Service description

Trizlink provides short links, link-in-bio pages, social publishing and the analytics that tie them together, delivered as a website, a web application and an Android app.

User accounts

You are responsible for your account and for anything done through it. Keep your credentials private, use a real email address you can receive mail at, and tell us if you think someone else has access.

One person, one account. Sharing a login instead of inviting someone into a workspace defeats every audit trail the product has.

User responsibilities and prohibited use

Do not use Trizlink to shorten or host links to malware, phishing pages, illegal content, or material that harasses or endangers someone. Do not disguise a destination in order to deceive the person clicking.

Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and do not resell it as your own. Links that break these rules are disabled, and repeated breaches close the account.

Content ownership and license

Your content stays yours. You grant us the licence needed to store it, display it to the people you publish it to, and back it up — nothing wider, and it ends when you delete the content.

The Trizlink name, interface and software remain ours.

Service availability and modifications

We aim to keep Trizlink available continuously but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance is announced in advance where it is planned.

Features may change. If we remove something you rely on, we will say so before it goes and give you a way to export what depends on it.

Plans and payment

Trizlink has three plans. Free stays free: it limits how much you can run rather than which features you can reach. Pro and Team are paid, and what each one lifts is listed on the plans page, generated from the same limits the service enforces.

Paid plans are granted for a fixed period and carry the date they end. We hold the billing contact and the record of what was purchased for as long as the law requires.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep everything you paid for until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that.

Payments already made are not refunded.

Free accounts help pay for themselves. We may use content from free accounts to improve and train the features we build. Content in a paid plan is not used this way without your explicit consent. You can object at any time, and moving to a paid plan stops it.

When a paid plan ends, content over the free limits becomes read-only rather than being deleted. You can always export it.

Account termination

You may close your account at any time from the danger zone in settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say which term was broken.

Limitation of liability

Trizlink is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to cover us against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are handled by the courts of Pakistan, and we will try to resolve anything by email first.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced at least 14 days before they take effect, and continuing to use Trizlink afterwards means accepting them.

Severability

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies and the unenforceable part is read as narrowly as the law allows.
