Changes to our Privacy Policy and Terms, from 22 October 2026

Our Privacy Policy and Terms now cover AI suggestions and voice drafting: who answers AI requests, how long recordings are kept, and your own keys.

On 22 October 2026 our Privacy Policy and Terms changed to cover AI suggestions and voice drafting, and AI is on again.

What changes?

  • Who answers. Anthropic, on free credit through FilesHub, run by the team behind Trizlink, or on your own Anthropic key; OpenAI only on a paid plan when that credit is unavailable, or with your own OpenAI key. Groq transcribes recordings.
  • Voice. New sections cover speaking a post, tagline or link. The audio is deleted within 24 hours, or at a later hourly check if storage does not confirm deletion; transcripts and proposals stay until you delete them. No post, tagline or link is written until you confirm the proposal.
  • Microphone. Asked only when you press Start.
  • Your own keys. Stored encrypted by Trizlink, shown only as their last 4 characters.
  • Usage records. Each AI request leaves one, deleted at 13 months or, for free credit, after FilesHub's report if later; delete your account and it stays until then, unlinked from you.
  • Training. The free-account training clause does not cover your recordings, transcripts or the text of your AI requests.
  • Terms. AI suggestions may be wrong; what you confirm is your content. Your level (Spark, Pulse or Surge) depends on your plan and what the free credit allows; requests use monthly allowances.
