Welcome to Trizlink: one workspace for every link you publish

Short links, bio pages and social publishing, sharing one workspace and one set of numbers. Here is what exists today, and what it is honestly for.

Trizlink is a link management platform: one place to create short links, build a link-in-bio page, schedule social posts, and read what all three of them did. The reason it exists is narrow and specific — those four things are usually four separate products, and the moment you use more than one of them, none of them can answer the only question that matters.

A link management platform is software that owns the URLs you hand to other people. It gives you a short address, decides where that address resolves, and records what happened when someone followed it. Everything else — QR codes, bio pages, campaign tags, scheduled posts — is built on that one capability, because every one of them ends in a link somebody clicks.

The distinction worth drawing is between a URL shortener and a link platform. A shortener does the redirect. A platform also holds the context: which campaign the link belongs to, which page it lives on, which post carried it, and what the numbers looked like afterwards. That context is the entire difference in practice, and it is why we did not build another shortener.

What is in it

  • Short links with custom slugs, expiry dates, click caps, password gates, weighted A/B variants and UTM templates. You can change where a link points without changing the link.
  • Link-in-bio pages built from blocks, published at your own slug, with every link on the page reporting into the same analytics as everything else.
  • Social publishing: compose once, preview per platform, schedule it, and see what the links inside it did.
  • Analytics across all three surfaces on one timeline — filterable together rather than reconciled by hand.
  • Workspaces with roles, so a team shares the work instead of sharing a login.
  • A public API, webhooks, embeddable widgets, CSV import and export, and QR codes in both directions.

The through-line, and why it is the point

Run a shortener, a bio-page host and a scheduler separately and you get three numbers that do not reconcile. The shortener counts clicks. The bio host counts views. The scheduler counts impressions. None of the three knows the other two exist, so answering "did that campaign work?" means exporting three CSVs and building a spreadsheet nobody maintains.

Because a Trizlink bio page is built from Trizlink short links, and a scheduled post shortens its links automatically, every click on every surface lands in one place with the same definition of a click. That is not a feature so much as the consequence of the four things sharing a workspace, and it is the reason to use one product rather than three good ones.

What a click number does and does not mean

Click analytics are best-effort everywhere, including here, and most tools quietly present an estimate as a fact. Bots inflate counts. Privacy blockers remove clicks you genuinely got. Link-preview prefetching in chat apps adds clicks nobody made. We flag detected bot traffic as its own line rather than folding it silently into your total, and we do not record visitor IP addresses at all — which is also why location, where it is shown, is coarse and labelled as an estimate.

How to start

  1. Sign in with Google. There is no Trizlink password to invent, and a workspace is created for you.
  2. Paste a URL and take the generated slug, or write your own.
  3. Add the other surfaces when you need them — a bio page, a connected social account. Same workspace, same numbers.
  4. Read one report instead of three.

The Free plan carries 1,000 short links, 30 bio pages, 50,000 tracked clicks a month and 90 days of analytics history, and it does not ask for a card. It limits how much you can run rather than which features you can reach. The plans and every limit are written down before you pay for anything.

Who builds it

Trizlink is built and maintained by one developer. That is why the prices look the way they do, why there is no sales team to talk to, and why the roadmap is short and actually gets done. It is also why the honesty on these pages is not a positioning exercise — there is nobody here to write around. If something is broken or missing, say so and you will get a reply from the person who can fix it.

Frequently asked

What is a link management platform?

Software that owns the URLs you hand to other people: it issues a short address, decides where that address resolves, and records what happened when someone followed it. A platform differs from a plain shortener by also holding the context — campaign, page, post — and reporting on all of it together.

Is Trizlink free?

There is a Free plan and it stays free: 1,000 short links, 30 bio pages, 50,000 tracked clicks a month and 90 days of analytics history, with no card required. Pro and Team are paid and lift those limits; every number is listed on the pricing section before you pay.

Do I need a password to sign up?

No. Sign-in is Google only, which means there is no Trizlink password to forget or to leak. Signing in for the first time creates your account and your first workspace in the same step.

Can I change where a short link points after I have shared it?

Yes. The slug is permanent once it is out in the world; the destination is not. Editing the destination leaves every copy of the link already in circulation working, pointing somewhere new.

Are the click numbers exact?

No, and nobody’s are. Bots, privacy blockers and link-preview prefetching all move the number in both directions. Trizlink reports detected bot traffic separately rather than folding it into your total, and treats the figure as a strong signal rather than an audited count.

Does Trizlink store visitor IP addresses?

No. Visitor IP addresses are not collected, so they are not held and cannot leak. Location, where it is shown at all, is coarse and clearly labelled as an estimate.

Can I get my data out?

Links and analytics export as CSV on every plan including Free. Deleting your account removes your data and schedules the workspace for removal.
